1. Current Cookie Usage Status
We use essential cookies required for the store to function, plus a first-party analytics cookie to measure how the site is used (pages viewed, time on site, and where visitors came from). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site marketing trackers.
Analytics runs on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) to improve our service. You may opt out of analytics at any time without losing access to shopping. We do not show a consent banner for third-party marketing cookies because we do not use them.

Analytics data (including a masked IP and referrer URL) is stored on our servers in Hong Kong / hosting region, retained up to 90 days, then deleted. Raw data is not sold to third parties.
4. Future Non-Essential Cookies & Strict Opt-In (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If we decide to introduce non-essential cookies in the future (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), we commit to the following measures before they go live:
- Prior blocking: No non-essential cookies will be loaded until you take a clear, affirmative action to accept them.
- Equal prominence: Any consent banner will feature "Accept all" and "Reject all" with equal visual weight, plus "Manage preferences" at the same level of accessibility, in line with EDPB and CNIL guidance.
- No repeated consent prompts: If you reject non-essential cookies, we will respect your choice and will not re-prompt you for at least 6 months (unless you change settings or we materially change our cookie use).
- Settings access: A cookie settings control will let you withdraw consent at any time with no more clicks than it took to give consent.
5. Future Regional Practices (When Non-Essential Tracking Is Introduced)
The commitments below apply only if and when we deploy non-essential analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies or similar technologies. They do not apply to our current essential-only setup.
A. United States (CCPA/CPRA & state laws)
- No sale or sharing: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Privacy choices: We will provide a clear "Your privacy choices" link in the website footer to record opt-out preferences where required by applicable US law.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): Where required, we will honour GPC as a valid opt-out signal for non-essential tracking and will not use non-binding "Do Not Track" (DNT) as a substitute for a compliant mechanism.
- No cookie walls: We will not deny access to the store solely because you reject non-essential cookies.
B. European Union & United Kingdom
- No cookie walls: Rejecting non-essential cookies will not block access to core shopping functions.
- Easy withdrawal: Withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it (GDPR Art. 7(3)).
C. Mainland China (PIPL)
- Notice and explicit consent: If behavioural tracking is offered to users in mainland China, we will provide prominent notice and obtain separate, explicit consent before activation.
- Withdrawal and defaults: Consent may be withdrawn via the same settings interface; personalised ads will not be enabled by default without a clear opt-in.
- No cookie walls: Basic services will not be refused solely because a user declines non-essential tracking.

Even though we only use essential cookies today, you retain full control over your device:
- You can clear or block cookies at any time via your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
