Shipping & Customs Policy

1. Shipping Timelines & Dispatch

We ship worldwide. Physical dispatch and handover to international carriers take place in Mainland China.

• Dispatch: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Transit Time: Typically 8–18 business days after dispatch. Please note: This is an estimated timeframe. Peak seasons, carrier delays, or remote delivery areas may cause unavoidable delays beyond our control.

2. Discreet & Private Packaging

We prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer boxes or mailers. No product names, descriptions, or sensitive details will appear on the external shipping label. Customs declarations will use generic, non-descriptive terms (e.g., "Clothing Accessories" or "Novelty Items") to protect your privacy while complying with international shipping regulations.

3. Global Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For all international deliveries, your parcel is considered an import by your local customs authority.

• Customer Responsibility: Customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes (including VAT, GST, or local sales taxes), or brokerage fees before releasing the parcel. Unless the checkout page explicitly states "Duties Included", these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• Refused or Abandoned Deliveries: We cannot process refunds or replacements for orders that are refused, abandoned, or returned to sender due to the recipient's unwillingness or failure to pay applicable customs fees. In such cases, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping or customs penalties incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

4. Customs Delays & Clearance

Customs clearance is entirely controlled by your local government authorities and is beyond our control.

• Processing Delays: While we ensure all shipments are dispatched with correct documentation, occasional random inspections or administrative delays may occur. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs processing, and refunds will not be issued solely due to customs hold times.
• Local Import Laws: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the purchased items comply with their country's or region's import laws and regulations. We are not responsible for, and will not refund, packages that are seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local legal restrictions.
• Our Assistance: If your package is held in customs, we will provide reasonable administrative assistance (such as providing commercial invoices or shipping manifests) to help facilitate clearance, upon your request.

5. Tracking & Support

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be updated in your account order details and/or sent to your registered email address. If your tracking status stalls for an extended period (beyond typical customs processing times) or the parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact support@fancoria.com immediately with your order number and photographic evidence so we can initiate a carrier investigation on your behalf.
